Client Income Manager - Retirement Planning

Principal Responsibilities: Provide exceptional client experience by following response time protocols, and Personal Acts of Thoughtfulness program to build long term connections Work independently to ensure clients receive income in a timely manner Respond to and manage account inquiries via phone or email Prepare required minimum distributions, and annual reviews with deliverables for planner meetings Ability to act quickly if errors arise to ensure clients experience remains positive Work with fund companies to get updated information on client account balances Submit applications for new accounts Become point person for clients on Orion Portal, and Fidelity Maintain client account changes and/or updates Contribute to team meetings and projects Escalate client feedback to leadership Continuously keep client files clean and in good Desired Qualifications/Experience Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and tasks Connection to companies mission, vision and values Meet and exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment Very detail-oriented Excels in both team settings and individual environments Passion for delivering exceptional service Strong oral and written communications skills Desire to progress in the financial industry Minimum Required Experience: Ideal applicants will have at least 2+ years’ experience in the financial industry (preferred) BS/BA degree (preferred not required) Intermediate Microsoft Office experience – specifically Excel, and Word Experience using a CRM system preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
