Inside Sales Associate

Job DescriptionGeneral DutiesProvide customer quotations with directions from sales managersUnderstand and interpret technical requirements and information for various product linesUpdates job knowledge by studying new product description and spec sheetsConfirm incoming purchase ordersCalculate sales representative commissionsFollow up on customer quotesMaintain documents, files, and correspondenceAssist other members of the team, as neededPrepare submittals, wiring diagrams, data sheets, etch from various source programsMaintain knowledge of competitor product offeringsAnswer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customersOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferredExperience in HVAC or electrical industrial sales preferredExperience with CRM or ERP systems preferredHighly organized and able to prioritizeComfortable taking and making calls with customersAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be detail orientedMust be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
