The role includes responsibilities in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. The nurse will work under the direction of management and is responsible for fostering a therapeutic environment for patients.Monitor patient progress and document care in the electronic health record.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.Participate in charge nurse responsibilities as required.MUST HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH / PSYCHIATRY.Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland.Previous charge nurse experience preferred.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
