In-Dealership Consultant | Minnesota

OverviewThe Ford Blue Advantage Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Brand by acquiring dealership enrollees, by conducting ongoing training for enrolled dealership staff, and by developing and managing strategic plans for certification and sales in each enrolled dealership in their market. The ideal candidate will be competitive, persuasive, and analytical.Candidates should have complex retail acumen, an awareness of contemporary customer experience expectations, and must be able to demonstrate past training/presentation success.Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000, plus bonus potentialRemote position available for individuals living in Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota.ResponsibilitiesEnergetically promote the Ford Blue Advantage brand and effectively communicate its valueBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealerships in assigned market through personal integrity, expertise, and follow-throughConsult with dealership executive management to evaluate business goals and develop strategies for successProvide ongoing program training to management and relevant sales, service, and administrative staffIdentify process workflow gaps and create solutions and best practices that create customer experiences befitting the Brand and that drive dealership efficiency, sales, and profitGuide dealerships by utilizing program analytics, tools, and resourcesPerform administrative duties (visit reporting, action planning, expense reporting, travel planning, etc.) in a timely mannerPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsAutomotive operations experienceAbility to deliver an informative and engaging experience, either in-person or virtually, with excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skillsAbility to engage dealership personnel at all levels and respond to questions/concerns in a positive and timely mannerMicrosoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with demonstrated competency in creating professional presentationsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesMust be flexible enough to respond positively to changes in schedule based on client needsCommitment to maintain travel schedule of up to 85% of work hoursCommitment to team culture of collaboration, transparency, and dependabilityPhysical Activities, reaching, sitting, driving, standing, stooping, lifting, walking, typing, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motionsVisual Acuity, close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors, and read
