Job Description: FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position Overview: We are looking for dependable, safety-oriented individuals to join our team as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers. Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and commercial locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with all operational and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: •Operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle (cargo van or box truck) safely and professionally •Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness •Load, organize, and deliver packages along a designated route •Deliver packages within assigned time windows and scan at each stop using a handheld device •Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times •Complete monthly safety training modules as required by FedEx Ground •Promptly report all mechanical issues or vehicle concerns to your manager •Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers •Accurately track and document deliveries and pickups •Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and transportation regulations Qualifications: •Must be at least 21 years old •Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) •Clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed) •Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening •Capable of lifting over 75 lbs. with equipment. and managing physically demanding tasks •Punctual, organized, and dependable •Willingness to work weekends and holidays if needed Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: On the road
