Pouring Engineer Line Projects & Process Optimization

Carpenter Co. is seeking a Pouring Engineer at our Temple, TX plant to supervise and optimize polyurethane pour lines. You will work closely with the Pouring Manager/Technical Director and lead hourly production staff to meet daily goals. The ideal candidate has a BS in Chemical, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering, 6–12 months of experience, and a readiness to work 1st shift (7:00 am–4:00 pm).
