Overview In this AI-focused engineering role you will own end-to-end application delivery within an AI-assisted development model. You ensure software solutions are correctly implemented, ready for production, and aligned with business intent across code, infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability. You guide AI coding agents, evaluate generated output for quality and compliance, and translate requirements into precise implementation constraints. You build robust, scalable, and highly operable solutions while driving continuous improvement in AI-driven delivery practices. ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end application delivery in an AI-assisted development modelEnsure solutions are implemented, production-ready, and aligned to business intent across code, infrastructure, CI/CD, and observabilityDirect AI coding agents to generate and evolve technical solutions and critically evaluate their outputTranslate business and technical requirements into precise implementation instructionsDefine constraints and validation mechanisms; identify specification gapsEnsure generated output honors domain rules and operational expectationsDevelop solutions that are robust, scalable, observable, and operable and drive continuous improvement Key requirements10+ years of professional software engineering across design, implementation, delivery, and support10+ years of experience reviewing and validating code and artifacts against complex business rules and operational requirements7+ years of modern application development using C#/.NET and related backend tech5+ years with React or similar frontend frameworks for workflow-driven/admin apps5+ years with infrastructure as code, including Terraform module design, state management, drift control5+ years designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar)5+ years of observability practices (structured logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerts, SLOs)5+ years working with relational and NoSQL data technologies (SQL Server or PostgreSQL; modern NoSQL patterns)3+ years containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)C#/.NET backend developmentReact or frontend frameworks for admin/workflow appsInfrastructure as code with TerraformCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)Observability (logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerts, SLOs)Relational and NoSQL data technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL patterns)
