Direct Client Name: Central Peninsula Hospital Work Location: Soldotna, AK Job Title: Business Applications Analyst (Workday) Company Duration: Long-term contract About the Role As a Business Applications Analyst II, you will serve as a key steward of our digital ecosystem, specializing in the Workday platform. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical ERP capabilities and business-critical processes across Finance and Supply Chain. You will operate with moderate independence to ensure our enterprise applications are secure, compliant, and optimized for our evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the full application lifecycle, including administration, release management, and environment governance. Partner with business stakeholders to address workflow needs and ensure reliable service delivery across Finance and SCM. Manage identity governance (IGA) and role-based access controls (RBAC) to maintain a secure application environment. Produce precise, audit-ready technical documentation and maintain the CMDB/application inventory. Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and communicate technical updates clearly to executive and operational audiences. Participate in occasional on-call and non-business hours support to ensure continuous system availability. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Information Services, specifically in application support or business operations. 2+ years of direct experience with Workday, specifically focusing on Finance and Supply Chain functions. Proven mastery of ITSM tools and backlog management for complex operational workflows. Strong command of Application Lifecycle Administration, Integrations, and Data Models. Ability to work On-site or Hybrid in Soldotna, AK Good to Have Advanced understanding of APIs and interface engines. Experience within a clinical or healthcare-regulated environment.
