Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist in Framingham, MA! Pay: $21.25/hr. -$27.10/hr.Shift: Mon- Fri, 9a -5p (hybrid) (36.25-hour work week)Length: 3 months with potential of extensionThe Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides diversified support for the Loss Prevention hiring to ensure business needs are met.Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Delivers excellent employment brand experience to all candidatesProvides diversified support for multiple Recruiters in a dynamic high volume fast-paced work environmentActs as business partner and liaison to both Recruiters and LP Team on processSchedules and coordinates onsite and virtual interviews at different store locationsDrafts and send offer letters to candidatesInitiates and tracks progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flagsPartners with internal contacts (HR Compliance, HR Xpress, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentationProactively communicates with candidates and external contacts across various channels (email, phone, text)In real time tracks applicant flow, manages transactions in ATS, maintains accurate excel records of candidate pipelines and prepares new hires for OrientationOn average, expected to effectively manage 100+ candidates weekly in the ATS during peak periodsEducation/Certificates required:Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experienceQualifications for this position:1-2 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience preferredProficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, and Teams)Ability to multitask in a high volume and fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive and professional demeanorStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailMust be flexible to support weekends and/or outside of the core business hours of 9-5pm during peak periods and/or as business needs dictate As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
