Technical Architect – GTM Spiff Practice

Job Description: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectationsTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platformLead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end statesProvide oversight and governance of Salesforce Spiff projectsFollow and help define integration standards; lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate integration patterns are followedManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce Spiff implementationMaintain a target billable utilization aligned to the roleDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues across project implementationsParticipate in pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) development with prospectsLiaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementationsRequirements: 10+ years in data architecture or consultingHands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR)Expert-level skills in iPaaS automation platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, or ZapierDeep expertise in Salesforce Spiff or a comparable enterprise Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool (e.g., Xactly, SAP/CallidusCloud, Varicent)Deep knowledge of APIs, SQL/SOQL, data distribution, data modeling, and data integration conceptsFamiliarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenanceDegree or equivalent relevant experience requiredBenefits: Health insurance401(k)Paid parental leaveLife and disability insuranceEmployee stock purchasing programTime off programsMedical, dental, vision, and mental health support
