If this sounds like you, apply today!ResponsibilitiesEnsure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocolMUST be bilingual in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when neededGive every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directionsArrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-dateRequirementsSkilled in managing phone calls and maintaining composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situationsHigh school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent education requiredProficient in word processing software with strong basic computer skillsMinimum of one year of experience as a recruiter, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferredExceptional interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skillsBilingual in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (intermediate level)Energetic, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyBenefitsWhy Join Nation Security?
