Senior Administrative Assistant Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking Senior Administrative Assistant with financial services exposure to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of their assigned office and Managing Director(s). The on-site work arrangement may be adjusted or altered to full the needs of the role, including working in-office for (5) days per week. This position is based out of Nashville, TN.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage day to day schedule and commitments of remote and/or in-office Executive(s)Provide support for pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveriesMaintain filing systems and other general office dutiesScreen calls; establish oneself as point of contact with employees as well as business networkKeep calendar, schedule meetings, process expense reports, and make travel arrangementsAssist with monthly client billing, timesheets, expense reportsSpecial projects and events as neededAssisting with tax correspondenceAssist with coverage for Administrative Assistants and Receptionist, as neededOther projects and duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma is required along with 3+ years in a similar roleAssociate's degree is preferred with 2+ years in a similar roleMust be incredibly detail oriented and possess strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordProfessional, level-headed demeanorAbility to problem solve in a variety of business situationsWilling to pursue Notary Public commission (at the cost of the Firm)Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and clientsThis is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $48,000 to $57,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
