In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing.While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Participating in marketing related functions including guest related events and operations Supporting and promoting our STN Boarding Pass program and other Gaming related programs (STN Cash, MarkerTrax, STN Charms, etc.) and assisting/resolving any guests’ issues. Assisting promotional clerks with their function to be mobile on the casino floor assisting guests with New Sign Ups of all Company casino gaming products, software questions and property questions.
