Company DescriptionMadeline Ivanchenko PhD, LLC is a private practice dedicated to providing affirmative and trauma informed psyxhotherapy services for adolescents and adults, specializing in supporting the LGBTQIA plus population, people of color, and individuals marginalized by one or more aspects of their identity. Role Description This is a part time remote role for a Psychology Associate who was looking to gain specialized supervision and working with these populations, woth the goal of accruing post doctoral hours for licensure. The Psychology Associate will receive supervision from a developmentally-oriented perspective, and strategic support in honing their therapeutic style and lens. Duties will include providing affirmative therapy virtually to adolescents and adults under the supervision of an experienced and person-centered LCP. Qualifications Proficiency in delivering evidence-based individual therapy to diverse populationsStrong communication and active listening skillsAbility to assess and manage risk Commitment to ethical practicePhD or PsyD degree in psychologyDesire to accrue hours for licensureDesire to engage in self-reflective, ethical, and authentic practice of psychology the special attention towards diversity issues
