Epic Ancillary Lead
Epic Ancillary Lead Analyst This is a remote position. Superlanet is seeking an Epic Ancillary Lead Analyst for our healthcare client in Texas. This is a remote, direct hire opportunity with quarterly travel required. This role is responsible for leading Epic Ancillary application initiatives across complex healthcare environments, supporting clinical, procedural, diagnostic, and operational workflows across multiple Epic platforms. This position serves as both a senior technical leader and operational partner to clinical departments, ancillary leadership, and IT stakeholders.Responsibilities:Lead Epic Ancillary application support, optimization, and strategic initiatives across enterprise clinical operationsServe as the primary SME across combinations of ancillary applicationsPartner directly with clinical leadership, operational stakeholders, physicians, nursing leadership, and IT leadership to improve workflow efficiency and application utilizationLead workflow analysis, system design, build validation, testing, issue resolution, and optimization effortsSupport enterprise Epic upgrades, enhancement initiatives, governance efforts, and long-term application strategyCoordinate across cross-functional Epic teams including Ambulatory, Inpatient, Revenue Cycle, Integration, and Infrastructure teamsMentor analysts and provide guidance on operational initiatives, escalation management, prioritization, and project executionSupport major initiatives including implementations, expansions, optimizations, and go-live activitiesDrive workflow standardization while balancing operational and departmental needs across ancillary service linesAssist with procedural workflow improvements, clinical documentation optimization, and operational readiness planningRequired Qualifications:Epic certification in at least one ancillary application5-8+ years of Epic application experience with a strong analyst/build background1-3 years of Team Lead, Lead Analyst, or leadership experiencePrior Senior Analyst, Team Lead, or leadership experience supporting complex Epic environmentsDeep operational understanding of ancillary clinical workflows and procedural operationsExperience supporting enterprise healthcare environments with highly integrated Epic applicationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner directly with physicians, nursing leadership, operational teams, and executive stakeholdersPrior implementation, optimization, or go-live support experiencePreferred Qualifications:Multiple Epic certifications strongly preferredCertifications and/or strong support experience in applications such as: Beaker, Willow, Radiant, Cupid, OpTime, Anesthesia, ASAP, ClinDocExperience supporting procedural, surgical, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, or emergency department workflowsPrior experience within large academic medical centers or complex multi-hospital health systemsExperience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional Epic initiativesExposure to interface workflows, device integrations, orders management, and procedural optimization initiativesStrong understanding of clinical operations and interdisciplinary workflow coordinationBenefits: Salary based on experience $120,000 - $135,000Superlanet is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
