Founded in 1996, Bullfrog International is headquartered in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah metro area.Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our Product & Customer Care team located in Herriman, UT. This hybrid role provides technical support to our dealer network, assists customers through our e-commerce platform, and manages service scheduling for our factory retail locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Technical Support:Provide phone and email support to dealers for technical troubleshooting on hot tubs and swim spasGuide dealers through warranty procedures and proper diagnosticsDocument and track support cases in our system to ensure resolution and follow-upE-Commerce Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries related to online orders, part compatibility, and general spa careAssist with order tracking, returns, and product questions to ensure a smooth online experienceCollaborating with the e-commerce team to improve customer service workflowsFactory Store Service Scheduling for Bullfrog Service Department and 3rd Party:Coordinate and schedule service appointments for company-owned retail locationsCommunicate with service technicians and customers to confirm availability and appointment detailsMonitor and adjust the schedule to maintain efficiency and meet customer expectationsQualificationsKnowledge of hot tub systems and components preferred (training available)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused with a positive and professional attitude Proficient with scheduling software preferred, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficePreferred ExperiencePrevious experience in spa or pool industryExperience with warranty processing or e-commerce platformsBilingual (Spanish) a plus but not requiredJob Posted by ApplicantPro
