Maintenance Staff
Job Summary Maintenance Staff are responsible for assisting with the daily upkeep and operations of the campground. This role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring sites are clean, functional, and ready for use. Duties include delivering firewood, assisting guests with utility hookups, maintaining campground cleanliness, and helping other departments with general maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver firewood to campsites in a timely and safe manner
Assist guests with electrical, water, and sewer hookups as needed
Pick up trash and debris from campsites, common areas, and roadwaysPerform routine campground maintenance and minor repairs
Assist other staff and departments with maintenance-related issues
Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
Maintain cleanliness of maintenance equipment, carts, and work areas
Provide friendly and helpful customer service to guests
Qualifications
Must be at least 16
Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment safely
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior maintenance or campground experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move firewood and maintenance materials
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
