SummaryJob Description:Supervisor - Respiratory CareFull-time, third shift, four (4) 10-hour shifts per week Occasional Friday or Sunday coverage to support weekend staffJob Description:The Supervisor, Respiratory Care provides on-shift leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality respiratory care. This role serves as the team lead and supervisor for the shift worked, supporting staff, managing assignments, overseeing orientation and education, and acting as the primary clinical and operational resource for the department. This role does not independently oversee, initiate, or manage disciplinary actions.
