What You Will Be Doing As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading represented avionics technicians and managing daily flight-line operations. Your responsibilities will include:Supervise avionics crews performing systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations, adjusting work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals.Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established procedures and work plans.Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership.Monitor "Clean As You Go" compliance, tool control, and complete end-of-shift shutdown processes.Review training reports, coordinate with training representatives, and maintain the required mix of certifications across the team.What's In It For You We are committed to supporting your work-life balance and overall well-being, offering flexible scheduling options. Your focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement drives high-performance flight-line operations.Basic Qualifications: Avionics technical experience. Production or manufacturing experience. Previous supervisory experience or experience leading others. Flight Line experience. Desired Skills: Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics systems. Ability to maintain adherence to all established procedures and successfully pass all audits. Attributes of a strong leader and effective communicator. Positive attitude and good temperament. Highly motivated and willing to drive change. Requires minimal oversight. Willing to work significant overtime on any shift which may include rotating assignments on weekends. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
