CCM Developer - Quadient Inspire Platform
Only W2 (No C2C/1099)Job Title: CCM Technical Lead- Quadient Inspire PlatformLocation options: Houston, TX / Raleigh, NC / Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)Contract: 6 months (potential extension)Role OverviewSeeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in the Quadient Inspire Platform to implement communication workflows, data integrations, and document designs that connect seamlessly with systems. Lead needs to collaborate with business, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives. The right experienced and dynamic leader will have key responsibilities for:• Participate in all phases of solution delivery from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment.• Design and build scalable solutions using the Quadient platform(Designer, Automation, workflow, Interactive, and related modules) and secure integrations between CCM and other enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.• Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured Quadient implementations and omnichannel deliveries.• Support documentation, testing, and troubleshooting during and after project delivery.• Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.• Design and enforce governance for template management, content modularization, version control, and compliance frameworks.• Oversee configuration management, change management, and production deployments, and guide legacy migration initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Project Delivery: Experience contributing to technical projects involving business interaction and requirements gathering. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks across multiple projects.• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Quadient customer communication strategy, template design, and document life cycle, Quadient Inspire Platform (Designer, Scaler, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, Approve Workflow). Exposure to web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript) and enterprise integration patterns. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication standards such as OAuth2 or SAML-based SSO.• Strategic Positioning: Capable of defining business strategy by understanding what’s possible with Quadient solutions that support enterprise strategy, impact critical business outcomes, and drive organizational success through the evaluation of internal and external business contexts.• Critical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
