SUMMARYPackages are overwhelming apartment communities. Leasing teams didn't sign up to run mailrooms—but that's exactly what's happening across the industry.For more than 25 years, we've helped apartment and student housing operators solve that problem through the management outsourcing of mail and packages, and we've offered Luxer One package room and locker systems, for the past 10-years too.Now we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help us tell that story clearly and drive qualified leads. This is a flexible, part-time role for an experienced marketer who can work independently and focus on outcomes—not just activity.Your job is fun: turn a real, everyday operational problem into clear, compelling marketing that supports growth.
