The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Helena, Montana to find a skilledICU Registered Nurse (RN)ResponsibilitiesThe ICU/CCU RN provides direct patient care in a critical care setting, utilizing the nursing process and holistic, family-centered care principles. This role involves assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, implementing individualized care plans, administering complex medications including vasoactive agents, and collaborating closely with physicians, staff, and the interdisciplinary team. The RN ensures accurate documentation, facilitates patient hand-offs, and supports patient progression through the care continuum.QualificationsMontana RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required2+ years ICU/Critical Care experience required; CCRN preferredGraduate of an accredited nursing programStrong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork skillsExperience managing patients with multi-system disease processes (cardiac, renal, neurological, pulmonary, endocrine, and hematology)PandoLogic.
