System Testing Analyst IILocation: Columbia, SCJob Type: Partial Onsite – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite and as needed.Duration: 6 monthsHours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch. Overtime, travel to and from buildings, on-call, weekends and off hours as dictated by business needs.Interviews: In personDay to DayProvide testing and testing services for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed.Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities.Track quality assurance metrics. Participate in design phase of projects to ensure new or modified functions are developed using correct testing methodology.Arrange major activities between the client and IS staff to ensure maximum gain from technical resources.Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.Perform testing duties which may involve reviewing test data, creating test cases, executing testing, and monitoring/documenting results.Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff.Soft SkillsExcellent project planning, organizational, time management and business analysis skills.Thorough understanding of data processing terminology, operations, and architecture utilized in debugging application/environmental problems.Thorough understanding of systems migration processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Skill in testing data creation and manipulation.Ability to understand functional connections between applications.Ability to utilize test requirements, specifications, diagrams, logic functions, etc.Required TechnologiesGreen ScreensMicrosoft Office SuiteNice To HaveQuality CenterSharePointAutomation ToolsRequired EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree, or 4 years of job related work experience, or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree.Required Work Experience5 years of IT experience, including experience developing test plans and/or matrices.J-18808-Ljbffr
