Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Irvine, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer accounts, generating leads, and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers via phone and email, identifying sales opportunities, providing product information, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role requires a proactive sales approach to achieve targets and contribute to overall business growth.QualificationsProven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and secure business opportunities.Experience in Customer Service and a strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Proficiency in Account Management to maintain relationships and grow key accounts effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate within a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.Experience with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.Previous experience in the sales or customer relations field is highly desirable.
