As a Senior Auditor, get exposure to commercial, non-profit, and employee benefit plan audits. Your responsibilities will include: Lead audit engagements and review staff work before Manager/Partner review Escalate complex issues to Managers/Partners Prepare financial statements, notes, schedules, and management letters Evaluate internal controls and help prepare audit programs Develop strong client relationships and maintaining awareness of client business needs Coach Staff Accountants and Interns What You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA-eligible required) Minimum 3 years of public accounting audit experience Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Detail-oriented CPA or advanced degree (MBA/Master's) preferred Proficiency with Excel and audit software Base salary range: $69,000 – $92,000 annually
