Working directly with the leadership team, you will be responsible for building the systems that power our next phase of growth.This role requires a blend of quantitative analysis, technical aptitude, and projectmanagement. You will not only refine our core energy modeling processes but also lead theintegration of advanced AI tools (including Claude-based agents) to institutionalize efficiencyacross the organization.What You’ll Do1. Energy Modeling & Technical AnalysisPerform and refine building energy modelsTranslate modeling outputs into actionable insights for clientsContinuously improve modeling accuracy, speed, and usability2. Develop AI-Driven Internal ToolsLead development of a Claude-based internal agent to:Automate workflowsStreamline modeling processesImprove data handling and reportingIdentify high-leverage opportunities to integrate AI across the businessPrototype and deploy lightweight internal tools3.
