Warehouse Supervisor
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory levels to support production and customer fulfillment while minimizing shortages and excess stock.Promote and enforce workplace safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment.Support warehouse organization and layout optimization to improve material flow, storage efficiency, and retrieval processes.Utilize warehouse management systems and operational data to monitor performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods throughout the facility.Oversee shipping and receiving activities, including inbound deliveries and outbound order preparation.Operate and supervise the safe use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Monitor operational KPIs and assist with reporting related to warehouse and production performance.Support employee development through training, task delegation, onboarding, and performance management.Qualifications & SkillsDemonstrated leadership experience managing warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing personnel.Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across departments and teams.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Experience utilizing warehouse management systems, ERP systems, or related operational software.Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.Able to be onsite and commute to Humble, TXWork EnvironmentThis position operates primarily within a manufacturing and warehouse environment with regular exposure to machinery, equipment, and production operations. Flexibility to support varying production schedules, including occasional extended hours or weekends, may be required. The role also involves extensive movement throughout the facility, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other physical activities associated with warehouse and manufacturing operations.
