Speech Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech, language, and (optional) feeding therapy services to pediatric clients. The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic about working with children from infancy through school age—with a strong emphasis on early intervention. What You’ll Do: Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support each child’s unique developmental goals Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each child and family Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, dietitians, pediatricians, gastroenterologists, dentists, and more Educate and coach families, caregivers, and educators on effective communication strategies and carryover techniques Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust intervention plans as necessary to maximize results Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in [Insert State] ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants welcome with strong pediatric experience Experience in early intervention (birth to 3) and pediatric populations required Feeding therapy experience is a plus, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for family-centered care Why Join Us?
