Position SummaryConexSmart, a Trexon company, is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support aerospace and defense cable and harness programs. This role supports the successful execution of customer-driven projects through coordination of schedules, documentation, communication, and cross-functional activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting where quality, traceability, and on-time delivery are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teamsTrack timelines, deliverables, and project activities to support on-time executionMaintain project and production documentation, including drawings, change notices, compliance records, and quality documentationSupport new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activitiesCoordinate materials, suppliers, and internal resources to meet customer and production requirementsCommunicate project status, updates, and changes with internal teams and customers as neededAssist with issue tracking, corrective actions, and resolution follow-upSupport adherence to customer specifications, quality standards, and regulated industry requirementsPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates as neededQualificationsRequired:2+ years of coordination, administrative, production support, customer service, or operations experience in a manufacturing or technical environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyPreferred:Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or electromechanical productsExposure to ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or OracleFamiliarity with quality standards or document control processesExperience supporting engineering or production change documentationCompensationColorado Pay Range: $23.00 – $32.00 per hour.Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
