Talent Acquisition Specialist, Healthcare

We are looking to hire experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists with Healthcare Recruitment experience to join our team in West Hills, CA . This role will work closely with the Recruitment team on managing their assigned job requisitions , reviewing resumes, pre-screening and interviewing as well as checking references, working with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate skills testing when necessary. They will also provide administrative support by creating offer letters and scheduling pre-hire physicals, drug screens and background checks as well as maintaining recruiting reports, new hire reports and scheduling recruitment meetings with their hiring managers. A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:1. Post job openings and track candidates and interviews.2. Schedule interviews for hiring managers in multiple locations.3. Assist in managing up to 150 openings at any given time.4. Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.5. Pre-screen, forward and follow-up on resume submittals to Hiring Managers.6. Track and facilitate testing and professional reference checks.7. Prepare and present new hire offer letters as well as internal offer letters for promotion and transfers.8. Submit and keep track pre-employment background requests, drug screens and physicals.9. Assist the recruitment team with meeting overall recruiting goals.10. Participate in special projects such as recruiting initiatives and team campaigns.11. Coordinate the scheduling of recruiting meetings, new hire orientation, job fairs, Open Houses and work closely with marketing in preparing collateral for events.12. Will also support the HR department by providing customer service and support to employees.13. Will manage and work on special HR assignments and projects.14. All other duties as directed by management.B. Education and/or Experience:1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Recruiting position or HR setting.2. Experience recruiting for Healthcare -both clinical and non-clinical positions. Nurse recruitment experience required.3. Experience handling a high volume desk and work well under pressure.4. Experience managing multiple, competing priorities5. Proven to be organized and task-oriented with ability to meet deadlines6. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making ability7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone with internal and external customers8. Polished and professional demeanor with effective interpersonal and relationship building skills9. Ability to take initiative and proactively provide suggestions and offer solutions in a team environment10. Excellent Computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office suite11. Desire for a career in recruiting or Human Resources12.
