PCH Hotels and Resorts - 4000 Grand Avenue - Responsibilities: Set up and break down event spaces according to the Banquet Event Orders (BEO).; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the function room and storage areas.; Check electrical hookups and tape down exposed cords to ensure proper functioning of equipment.; Handle banquet equipment with care and ensure proper storage and maintenance to prevent damage or loss.; Assist guests whenever possible and refer requests beyond your responsibility to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
