As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS:Current License Property and Casualty 24.00 per hourCurrent AK License Property, Casualty, Life and Health 26.00 per hourStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Property and Casualty Insurance LicenseExperience in selling insurance productsExcellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
