We celebrate bold ideas, empower our people, and create real opportunities for growth.Ready to lead with purpose?Apply now and join the movement transforming how laundry gets done.Responsibilities:Create a workplace culture that is consistent with SpinXpress' goals and identify the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpressRecruit, interview, select, hire, and develop an appropriate number of managers and attendantsFocus on developing the team to drive customer and operational excellenceTrack and forecast operational trends and analysisDevelop procedures in accordance with HR regulationsCoach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboardingEmpower employees to take responsibility and expect accountability with consistent feedbackLead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishmentMaintain employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and managing overtime hoursDevelop and implement processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuouslyQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious experience in operations or other related fieldsStrong experience in the retail or food service industriesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsStrong leadership and development qualitiesDemonstrated knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practicesDemonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and directionExcellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
