We are looking for a sharp, experienced Escrow Officer who wants to close deals, grow fast, and build a career path toward Regional Escrow Manager. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and take pride in running a clean, compliant closing, we want to talk. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGRunning 4-5 closings per day in a fast-paced, high-output environmentOwning the full closing process from docs to disbursementBeing the go-to contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneysSolving title issues quickly and keeping every deal on trackKeeping records tight and staying fully compliantWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years as an Escrow Officer, Closer, Table Closer, Escrow Agent, Title Agent, or Grant ProcessorDeep knowledge of real estate laws and closing proceduresResWare and Microsoft Office experience preferredState title license and notary commission (or eligibility to obtain)600+ credit score requiredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTHE OPPORTUNITYThis role is built for someone with ambition.
