Database Developer (SQL) - Project Lead

Data Warehouse / ETL DeveloperProject Support Requirements Selected personnel must sign the DPH Confidentiality Agreement and/or Business Associate (BA) Agreement, if applicable. All web services must be secure. DPH will not accept offers that include an "up-lift " charge. Consultant rates must not exceed the maximum rate established under State contract terms. Follow Agency IT standards, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. All source code (compiled and uncompiled) developed under this contract becomes the sole property of the South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH). Any source code, data, product, or functionality resulting from this SOW or previously owned/developed by DPH remains the sole property of DPH. Contractor-developed modifications and interfaces: Cannot be incorporated into any vendor core product. Cannot be reused for independent projects. Cannot be published or publicized without written approval from DPH. DPH retains final approval authority over all programming choices. Payment Schedule The State will not reimburse additional contractor expenses, including: Travel Employee benefits Insurance Room and board Other incidental expensesDPH Support Provided Required business information, formulas, data, and validation mechanisms. Staff support for application and data-related questions. Conference rooms and scheduling assistance for application demonstrations. Virtual workstation with required software.
