DescriptionThe Project Manager – Infrastructure & Software Programs is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects supporting Hyper’s growing portfolio of mission-critical infrastructure solutions. This role works closely with Product Management to drive execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software development, and commercial teams.This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent initiatives ranging from new product introductions and regulatory compliance efforts to software configurator development and product standardization programs.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and continuously improve detailed project plans and execution timelines for active product and infrastructure initiativesDefine project scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements in collaboration with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Service, and external partnersIdentify project risks, blockers, and dependencies while driving mitigation plans and corrective actionsTrack and report project progress using established KPIs, dashboards, and project management toolsFacilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across teamsManage relationships and deliverables with third-party vendors, manufacturers, and development partnersSupport continuous improvement of project execution processes, tools, and operational workflowsAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through launchCoordinate UL certification and compliance-related project activities and documentationPartner with software development teams on customer-facing configuration and automation toolsSupport hardware standardization and portfolio consistency initiativesCollaborate with Supply Chain and manufacturing partners to support prototype builds, production ramp-up, and material readinessCoordinate launch readiness activities with Marketing, Service, and Operations teamsWhat You’ll Be Doing Day-to-DayManaging multiple project timelines and cross-functional deliverables simultaneouslyLeading project meetings and communicating status updates to stakeholders and leadershipTracking risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts across active initiativesUpdating dashboards and project trackers to maintain visibility into execution statusCoordinating with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure project readinessSupporting issue resolution and escalation management when project obstacles ariseRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline3+ years of project management experience in product development, manufacturing, or technical environmentsExperience managing multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with electrical infrastructure products, industrial systems, or data center power distribution equipmentProficiency with project management tools; ClickUp experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reportingStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughPreferredExperience supporting data center power distribution products such as PDUs, RPPs, switchgear, or busway systemsFamiliarity with UL certification processes and compliance project workflowsExperience coordinating with third-party software or hardware development teamsPMP certification or formal project management trainingExperience supporting NPI stage-gate processes in hardware product environmentsWhy Hyper?At Hyper Solutions, we’re building mission-critical infrastructure solutions powering next-generation data centers and industrial environments. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications and location. This hire will be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
