Role Description This is an hybrid board memeber possition role. BOARD MEMEBERS are not paid for this position because this is a nonprofit organization. As President of Prodigy Movement Inc., located in Maple Hill, NC. The President will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, and guiding organizational direction. Responsibilities include managing staff, building partnerships, and ensuring the organization’s mission is upheld. This role also includes developing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, representing the organization in public and private sectors, and driving sustainable initiatives to achieve long-term impact. Qualifications Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.Proficiency in budget development, financial management, and performance monitoring.Experience in organizational development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Understanding of non-profit or community-focused operations is a significant advantage.Bachelor's or advanced degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, with proven experience in senior leadership roles.
