Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionRepresent clients in court appearances, hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings across multiple Illinois countiesHandle a caseload involving criminal defense, traffic, DUI, and driver-related mattersAdvise clients on legal strategy, case risks, and likely outcomesNegotiate with prosecutors and advocate for favorable resolutionsPrepare cases for hearings, motion practice, and trial when neededReview evidence, analyze legal issues, and build strong case strategiesWork closely with internal support staff to keep cases moving efficientlyCollaborate with attorneys on case coverage, litigation strategy, and client outcomesMaintain professionalism with clients, court personnel, prosecutors, and judgesTravel as needed to courthouses in Cook, DuPage, Lake, and Kane countiesQualificationsActive Illinois law license requiredAt least some attorney experience requiredCriminal defense, DUI, traffic, prosecution, public defense, or other courtroom-based litigation experience strongly preferredComfortable appearing in court and managing client-facing responsibilitiesStrong communication, negotiation, and case management skillsWillingness to travel locally for court appearancesBilingual skills are a plus, not requiredWhy You Will Love Working Here You'll get real litigation experience, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the support needed to grow.
