This role manages subcontractors, coordinates schedules, ensures safety compliance, and drives projects to successful on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining quality standards.The Superintendent works closely with project management, clients, and field teams to ensure smooth execution from mobilization through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherenceManage subcontractors, labor, and materials to meet project requirementsCoordinate with project management, clients, and design teams to resolve field issuesMonitor project schedules and adjust resources to maintain timelinesConduct regular site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure complianceFacilitate project closeout, punch lists, and turnover to owners or operations teamsTrack project progress, costs, and reporting for leadership reviewCurrent Commercial construction experience
