LCSW Social Worker

Job Description: QUALIFICATIONS: Maine Licensed Social Worker. Strong leadership and communication skills required. Ability to have strong relationships with clinical and medical staff. Experience with surveys and regulations preferred. MAIN FUNCTIONS: Plan, directs, coordinates and evaluates the overall practice of the swing bed program and social services. Swing Bed Coordinator will work with the different disciplines within the facility including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, dietary, and the different clinics and services to ensure a safe discharge process. GENERAL INFORMATION: Full-Time, Hourly Position. 36 Hours Per Week, Varied Days and Hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Must haves: Maine LSW, LCSW, LICSW MSW required
