Job Description BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist for an opportunity in Dallas, TX USAPosition Title: Operations SpecialistLocation: Dallas, TXDuration: 12 MonthsAnticipated Start Date: ASAPPay Rate: $15.33/hr on W2Job Description:This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing.The position is fully onsite and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch).The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels, and delivered daily via UPS Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation.Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries.Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlinesRequired SkillsProficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills Basic computer proficiency Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for 2–5 hours per day.
