Reporting to the Violations Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, payment processing of inbound electronic and mailed-in violations, as well as conducting research and analysis to identify potential patterns and resolve conflicts. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work is essential to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will work with our team and independently to do the best for our customers.
