Its M&A team handles complex acquisitions across industries and transaction structures, offering deep experience in public and private company deals, private equity, venture-backed exits, and roll-up strategies.Job DescriptionAdvise clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and documentation.Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client objectives.Work closely with senior attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting the industry.Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
