We are currently seeking Technical Professionals who are searching for challenging and rewarding jobs for the following opportunity:Position SummaryOur nationwide Financial Services customer is seeking a highly organized and business-focused Sales Solutions Salesforce Support Specialist to support ongoing technology initiatives and day-to-day operational requests. This role will be part of the Sales Solution Management team and will primarily focus on Business As Usual activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales users, Product Managers, and the Salesforce development team to help prioritize tickets, support system updates, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate enhancement requests.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day Sales technology operations and BAU activities.Work closely with Sales teams to understand issues, requests, and enhancement needs.Help prioritize and coordinate tickets and work items for the Salesforce development team.Perform basic Salesforce data updates, cleanup, and operational support tasks.Assist with testing and validation of Salesforce enhancements and fixes.Monitor support queues and ensure timely follow-up with business users and developers.Document business requirements, process updates, and recurring issues.Coordinate with Product Managers and Solution teams on operational improvements.Support release validation and post-deployment verification activities.Learn and understand Sales workflows, lead management processes, and integrations.Qualifications2+ years of experience in business support, application support, CRM support, or similar roles.Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and business workflows.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work closely with both business users and technical teams.Experience managing or coordinating support tickets and prioritization.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.PreferredExperience in mortgage, lending, or financial services industry.Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud.Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ticket management systems.Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis.Exposure to Agile environments and software development lifecycle processes.About CGS Business Solutions: CGS specializes in IT business solutions, staffing and consulting services.
