Role : .Net Full Stack Developer Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Job Description: 6+ years experience, ASP.NET, Reactor Angular(preferred), SQL, Mongo DB Leading and managing a team of.NET developers, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. Designing and architecting scalable and robust software solutions using the .NET framework. Developing and coding software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies. Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues, and implementing effective solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, to ensure software quality and performance. Keeping up-to-date with the latest.NET technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommending their adoption where applicable. I Mentoring and coaching junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth. Assisting in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
