🧬 The biggest bottleneck in medicine is not what you thinkAI is rewriting drug discovery. Foundation models are designing molecules. Labs are running 10x faster. And yet: it still takes 12 years and $3B to bring a new medicine to market. 86% of clinical trials are delayed. Most never finish on time. The bottleneck isn't the science anymore. It's the operations — the messy, human, deeply analog work of finding the right patients, coordinating across hundreds of research sites, and shepherding studies through years of execution. AI hasn't touched this layer. The status quo is still spreadsheets, faxes, and call centers.Power is changing that. We're building the first platform for autonomous clinical trials — a network of patients and research sites running on AI-enabled workflows that enroll studies faster, accelerate timelines, and unblock the medicines that millions of patients are waiting for. We're already working with 4 of the top 10 pharma companies, have supported 20+ trials, accelerated timelines by 30%, and grew 5x last year. The thesis is working — and we're just getting started.🏹 The rolePower has quietly become one of the most-watched voices in life sciences. Last month, our content crossed 1M+ views. Our podcast routinely features CMOs and CEOs of the largest pharma companies and public biotechs. This works because we're telling a story nobody else is telling: how medicine actually gets made, and why the next decade of biomedical progress depends on rebuilding the infrastructure underneath it.We're looking for a Content Engineer to own that vision end-to-end — a storyteller who wants to build the publication of record for the people transforming modern medicine. If we were to zoom in, you'll likely spend time:Owning the content engine. Podcast, YouTube, thought leadership, social, publications — you'll set the editorial direction across every channel and ship.Producing flagship content. You'll define the guests, shape the narratives, and produce episodes that CMOs and CEOs of pharma and biotech actually want to be on (and share with their networks).Building distribution. Growing the audience across YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. We've shown the appetite is there — your job is to compound it.Defining the Power voice. You'll be the steward of how we sound in public — confident, specific, deeply curious about the science, allergic to corporate fluff.Scaling our content systems with the latest AI tools This role will be based in our SF office.📊 Ideal Qualifications:We don't believe in strict years of experience but our ideal candidate is obsessed with great media and brands. Maybe you've built a publication, a podcast, or a content franchise that punched above its weightYou're naturally curious about how AI is reshaping the content game. You've probably fallen into the rabbit hole of vibe coding content automation systems for your current or side gigYou're a natural editor — you can tell a great story from a bad one in 30 seconds, and you know how to coach others to do the sameYou've shipped across formats — video, audio, written, social — and you understand the production craft behind eachYou're obsessed with distribution, not just creation. You think in terms of YouTube and LinkedIn algorithms, you understand what makes a thumbnail click, and you A/B testYou're comfortable around credentialed people (scientists, executives, investors) and can hold your own in a room full of MDs and PhDsA background in life sciences, healthcare, or science journalism is a plus but we believe this is learnable — taste and curiosity matter more🔎 The productPower is the first platform for autonomous clinical trials. We're stitching together the patient and site network — and the AI workflows that run on top of it — to do for trial operations what foundation models did for drug discovery.A patient network at scale — we make it easy for any patient in North America to find a trial that fits them, breaking through the medical jargon and fragmented data that locks most people out todayA research site network — we partner with the people running studies on the ground to dramatically reduce the cost and time of enrollmentAI workflows underneath — we apply data engineering and modern AI to the reams of unstructured medical data trapped in PDFs, EMRs, and protocol documents — so patients, sites, and sponsors can move at the speed the science deserves✉️ If this sounds like your kind of adventure>>>>> We'd love to hear from you.
