Eagle Auto Fleet & Repair CenterJob Title: Automotive TechnicianLocation: On-SiteJob Type: Full-TimePay: $28-$35/hour (based on experience)Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and buses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics using advanced tools, electrical systems, and schematics Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engines, brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, and electrical components Complete routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, inspections) Interpret technical manuals and ADAS data Perform suspension work Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, A/C, electrical, and computer systems Use shop equipment (diagnostic machines, alignment systems, welding tools, etc.) Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay Communicate effectively with service advisors, teammates, and customers regarding repair status and technical diagnoses Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of automotive and/or diesel mechanic experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and buses is a plus Valid driver's license with insurable record Must be at least 18 years old Willing to complete a pre-employment drug testAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying conditions ASE certification (A/B/C level) or equivalent experience preferred Vocational/Technical degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with professionalism and strong communication skills BenefitsPaid training and on-the-job training 401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Medical, dental, life, and AD&D insurance (available after 90 days) Opportunities for performance-based incentivesWhy Work HereFounded in 1986, Eagle Auto & Fleet Service Center has grown from a local fleet repair shop into a trusted full-service facility serving both individual customers and corporate fleets.
