1.Position Title :- IBM FTM Middleware EngineerLocation :- Charlotte , NC- HybridClient :- PersistentWork mode :- Hybrid 3 days a weekInterview: In-Person JD :-The IBM FTM Middleware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) platforms within large‑scale banking and payments ecosystems. This role supports critical payment rails such as Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, and internal payment orchestration systems, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.The engineer will work closely with architecture, payments business teams, upstream/downstream application teams, and infrastructure operations to deliver resilient, scalable transaction processing solutions. Design, configure, and maintain IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) components (FTM Base, FTM Payments, FTM ACH/Wires modules where applicable). Support real‑time and batch payment processing across multiple payment rails. Configure transaction flows, routing rules, validations, and exception handling within FTM.Must have knowledge of Java, Mongo and KAFKA to integrate and develop.
