Airline Program Analyst

STS Technical Services is hiring an Airline Program Analyst for a remote, long-term contract opportunity supporting operations for a major commercial airline. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, aviation or airline industry experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.This is a 100% remote opportunity supporting a fast-paced airline maintenance and supply chain environment.Position OverviewThe Airline Program Analyst will support program tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and operational analysis for a major airline operation. This role will monitor open part loan activity, reconcile vendor billing statements, coordinate with repair vendors, and provide regular updates to cross-functional stakeholders.Essential FunctionsMonitor and report daily on all open part loan activityReconcile open loans with repair vendors, ensuring system alignment and escalating discrepancies as neededReview and reconcile vendor billing statements to ensure compliance with contractual agreementsLead daily review meetings and follow up on outstanding action itemsCoordinate with vendors to resolve disputes accurately and in a timely mannerPartner with airline maintenance stations and vendors to ensure timely component returnsPrepare and provide regular status updates and reports to cross functional stakeholdersSupport program tracking, reporting, and operational analysis for a major airline operationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related quantitative field preferred, or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in airline, aviation, analytics, or related operational support requiredExperience with TRAX and/or AMOS maintenance systems preferredProject management and/or financial analysis experience requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational environmentAdditional Information100% Remote / Work From Home opportunityVery long term contract assignment with strong program stabilityOpportunity to support a major commercial airline in a highly visible operational roleCompetitive compensation available based on experienceAbout STS Technical ServicesSTS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with leading companies across aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, and industrial sectors.
