Administers quality nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of an RN, LPN, or physician demonstrating clinical competence and meeting established unit standards in the performance of specific nursing procedures. Promotes teamwork with staff, physicians, and other disciplines. JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Licensure: BLS certification upon hire or able to obtain within 60 days. Experience: One year experience as practicing EMT-P. Other Job Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills. Assigned hours within your shift, starting time, or days of work are subject to change based on departmental and/or organizational needs.
